A man comes to Sam Page Fitness to lose weight and, with work, leaves twice the man he was when he came. A woman who has just given birth rediscovers the ‘other’ person within… the person she was before the child, and, with work, becomes a better Mother by becoming a healthier one. A man with HIV finds a brother, whole and well out of the sheer force of will and discipline, and with work he thrives, feeling less alone in the world. An insecure man is shown the way to flesh out the skinny little kid he sees in the mirror, and with work, never has to be picked on again – by himself or anyone else.
A gym is just bricks and mortar, and a place where heavy stuff lives until, with work, Sam brings it to life.
I love you, Sam, and I love to watch your dreams come true.
Always,
Your Cowboy

I want to be Sam Page when I grow-up.
Love you two, always – Jude
That is so sweet! And it must be so great to see another progress and make that change for the better, knowing you had a greater part in making it come to life. Well Done Sam! And Well written Billy!
